EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Rune Official, every helmet is a unique piece of handmade art. While we strive for perfection, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the highest standards of quality.

1. Return Window & Eligibility

  • We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • For orders within the European Union, you have a 14-day "Cooling Off" period.
  • To be eligible, items must be in "Pristine Factory Condition":
    • Protective visor film must NOT be removed.
    • Packaging seals and tags must remain intact.
    • No mechanical signs of use (scratches on hinges or D-rings).

2. Order Cancellation (72-Hour Rule)

  • As our helmets are handmade-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 3 days (72 hours) of placement.
  • After this period, materials and labor have been committed, and the order cannot be cancelled for "change of mind".

3. Mandatory Condition for Claims

  • For any claims of damaged or defective items, a Full Video Unboxing is mandatory.
  • The video must show the box's exterior condition before opening and the inspection of the product in one continuous shot.
  • No claim will be processed without this evidence.

4. Customs, Taxes & Refused Shipments

  • International orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
  • If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties:
    • Original shipping costs are Non-Refundable.
    • Return shipping fees and re-import taxes will be deducted from your refund.
